Steven Cail is a senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience working across a broad range of business environments, encompassing banking, resources, retail, and FMCG. Steven is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) who holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University.

As an executive leader at General Motors, Carter Holt Harvey, Calendar Cheese Company and Target Australia, Steven has managed P&L accounts of up to $1b. He has specialist expertise in implementing commercial strategies for growth while building opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and drive business processes.

Steven was appointed Chief Executive Officer of The ORIGINAL JUICE CO LIMITED (ASX: OJC) in July 2021 following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in March 2021.
