Simone is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Victoria University have commenced at the University early in 2022. As a Strategic Human Resource leader, Simone has worked with business leaders to build capability, people and performance. She has a track record in the execution of major transformation programs where business models are changing.

Simone is most known for designing and delivering globally admired leadership and wellness programs within a multinational business while working with senior teams in all areas of HR including organisational design and employee relations.

As well as having a strong track record in building HR teams, Simone has led a number of communities of practice including sales effectiveness, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent management. She is passionate about building human businesses and using design thinking to enhance employee experience while leveraging technology for positive change. She likes to be innovative with HR practices so seen as a positive disruptor looking for workplace improvements with an authentic leadership style and a desire to deliver operationally with excellence
