Since July 2021, Scott has been the CEO of Coxons Group, Australia's largest cooling component design, sales, service, and exchange provider - specialising in leading service exchange programs and pioneering the nosecone exchange system for major mining fleets.

Scott has a proven track record in high-growth environments through delivering organic/same store growth and inorganic growth through numerous successful acquisitions and integrations.
