Nicole has 20+ years’ experience providing legal, governance and risk advice to C-suite executives and Boards across a diverse range of industries including property, infrastructure, FMCG, manufacturing, construction, energy, mining and private equity. As a Special Counsel in the Corporate Advisory team at top-tier law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth she advised on public and private mergers and acquisitions, complex restructures, ASIC and ASX relief, FIRB approvals and ASX listing rules including continuous disclosure and capital raisings. She also undertook secondments to the Australian Government Takeovers Panel, Goodman Group, NBN and Rank Group.

Nicole is currently responsible for legal, risk and compliance, company secretarial, regulatory and corporate affairs at the privatised NSW Land Registry Services – a registry and data insights business owned by Aware Super, The Infrastructure Fund, NatWest Group and UTA.

Nicole has a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney where she studied and worked on projects in Bangalore, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Cambridge and Tel Aviv. She was awarded Australian In-House Lawyer of the Year 2022 at the Australasian Law Awards and Construction and Real Estate Lawyer of the Year 2022 at the Lawyers Weekly Corporate Counsel Awards.
