Nicholle Sparkes is an accomplished strategist and operational leader, currently holding the position of General Manager for Delivery & Operations at Frasers Property Australia. In this capacity, she provides oversight to critical areas including Construction, ESG, and HSE functions. Nicholle's career spans well over two decades within the property and construction industry, with her joining the Frasers Property team in 2012, after holding senior management roles at Laing O'Rourke and Lendlease.

Over the past decade, Nicholle's role has undergone a significant transformation, with her primary focus on strategic risk management. Her extensive experience and dedication have resulted in a distinguished track record of leading high-performing teams on major property development projects. Nicholle is a member of the Residential Development Council for the Property Council of Australia, the leading representative for Australia’s residential developers, providing powerful advocacy on behalf of the industry that drives Australia’s economy. A member of the NSW Government Construction Industry Advisory Group, focusing on retaining and encouraging women into the construction industry. And recently completing an appointment with the Decennial Liability Insurance Ministerial Panel for the NSW Government. A panel established to oversee and report on the investigation and development of a policy framework for provision of DLI insurance to enhance consumer protection of owners of multi-unit apartment buildings.
