He is passionate about driving change and helping strengthen an organisation's digital mindset, cyber resilience and innovative culture and deliver even better value for customers by making the right investments into the future.
He has a solid track record of delivering customer experience and digital transformation programs across all levels of New South Wales public sector which include delivering on Premiers priorities at Service NSW, Transport for NSW, Dept of Planning, Infrastructure & Environment and Northern Beaches Council.
Naren holds a master’s in computing and a bachelor’s in physical therapy. He has held adjunct fellow and research associate positions and is a regular speaker at conferences on digital transformation, citizen engagement and the management of complex digital projects. He has keen interests in sustainable technologies, digital trust and the application of blockchain and AI, assessing the policy implication and building solutions to ensure governments can access and respond to the opportunities and challenges they raise.
