Josh has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Melbourne Racing Club since December 2017. Prior to that Josh held the position of Executive Director, Racing and Corporate Affairs at the MRC for four years.

In that role Josh oversaw the establishment of the MRC Foundation, the charitable arm of the Club. He is also a director of Victorian Thoroughbred Racing Integrated Media Business (Racing.com).

Prior to joining the MRC, Josh was the Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Betfair for seven years and before that practised corporate law.

Josh is committed to making racing more accessible and attractive to a wider range of the community. This includes the current Caulfield Master Plan to make the Caulfield Racecourse one of the premier horseracing destinations in the world and is committed to supporting the Caulfield Racecourse Reserve Trust realise its vision for community for the Reserve.
