Jeremie is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Hitachi Energy in both Australia and New Zealand. Jeremie has an impressive background with over 17 years’ finance and operational management experience gained in senior executive roles with large multinationals in France, Germany, India and Australia including Alstom, ABB and Hitachi.

Specialising in the energy/power, engineering and manufacturing sectors with extensive large infrastructure project experience Jeremie has a broad skill set that allows him to excel in a variety of environments. Jeremie is driven, commercially focused and enjoys working with stakeholders across the business to foster growth and remove obstacles.

Over the years Jeremie has successfully implemented numerous successful change management and
improvement projects including ERP implementations, large scale reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, governance framework implementations and refinancing
projects, to name a few.

Having lived in four different countries Jeremie has extensive experience working with colleagues from a broad range of cultures and understands both the positive impact that building diverse teams brings to an organisation and the importance of ensuring that stakeholders from all backgrounds are comfortable presenting their views in a secure and respectful environment. Jeremie enjoys mentoring junior employees and takes pride in turning employees into leaders.

Jeremie has a Bachelor's degree in economics earned at University of Cergy-Pontoise, a Masters in Finance and Management from NEOMA business school in France and is a registered CPA. Jeremie prides himself on working for organisations focused on making positive contributions to society whether that be through providing efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions or through the development of renewable energy solutions that contribute to a sustainable future for all.

Knowing that he is making a difference is what gets him up in the morning. When he’s not tackling the next challenge at the office Jeremie loves spending time with his two beautiful daughters and wife or taking his dog Selene out for a walk.
