Drew is the CEO of The Civilmart Group. He is recognised as a leading business executive throughout the building & construction products industry. He has a reputation for delivering sustainable business growth by creating cultures whereby great people want to be and by gaining an understanding of who the customer is and how his teams can create the value they desire. Originally from Melbourne, Drew initially worked in the United States before returning to call Sydney home. From the outset Drew was quickly promoted into senior marketing, sales and operational leadership positions within a number of leading publicly listed and privately owned entities and Drew’s delivery extends across mature, turnaround and start-up businesses. He loves driving change and growth strategies.

His growth has been furthered through completion of a Master of Business Administration (MBA), the Columbia Business School (NY) - Digital Transformation program and the Melbourne Business School - Leaders Program. Drew has also held Directorship positions across multiple business’ in Australia and New Zealand. Outside of his working life, Drew is a proud husband and a father to two beautiful children. He takes great pride in coaching and mentoring their Australian Rules football, tennis and athletics ambitions.
