Dr Sally Eastoe is the Chief Human Resources Officer and OH&S at The University of Melbourne.

Sally has previously held a variety of senior positions for several major financial institutions including Head of Organisational Development at Westpac, Head of HR Capability ANZ, Head of HR Asia Pacific for ANZ Bank and Private Bank. Sally has also been the Head of HR for Wesfarmers General Insurance. Prior to joining The University of Melbourne Sally was appointed as Director of Human Resources at Swinburne University.

Sally holds a Masters of Business - Organisation Dynamics and a Professional Doctorate. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
