Formally qualified in Industrial Design and Business Administration, Dominic possesses a unique balance of management skills and design thinking.
In 2000 Dominic joined with two partners founded Diadem, a multi disciplinary brand implementation consultancy, specialising in corporate re-branding and wayfinding.
With over thirty years of industry experience, career highlights include design and management roles in several of Australia’s most prominent design and re-imaging projects. These include the re-branding of Telecom Australia to Telstra, BMW Australia’s dealer point of sale design program, and ANZ Bank’s corporate re-imaging program throughout Australia and the Pacific region.
This invaluable experience, combined with that of his co-directors distils throughout the company, providing first hand experience and inspiration to staff to achieve their best work.
He instils a purpose lead culture at Diadem that is focused on achieving meaningful success for each client. Equal emphasis is given to commercial parameters, as is preserving the creative vision and innovation. This approach will has ensured Diadem's resilience and success over 23 years.
