Deborrah is the CEO of Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Pty Ltd, a recruitment and consulting specialist, with a focus on disability and diverse characteristics. Our organisation provides pre- and post-employment support and training for people with a disability, or other diverse characteristics. In addition, we support training for students graduating from high school in becoming 'employment-ready' in a skills and social based framework, which underpins their progression to employment through the company’s 'pathway to employment'.

Omnia Inclusive also offers consulting services for employers in identifying their readiness in implementing their inclusive employment strategy.

Deborrah is a non-executive director in aged care and financial services and has previous experience as a business consultant and C-Suite executive with government and commercial organisations, across a range of sectors including banking and finance in the consumer, corporate and project financing and investment markets, higher education and professional services. Deborrah has worked in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
