In 2017 Andrew co-founded Leap in! with the backing of UnitingCare Queensland and Uniting NSW-ACT. Since then, the business has grown rapidly, with 40,000+ NDIS participants and their families across Australia using Leap in!'s digital platform and plan management services as they navigate the complexity of the NDIS.

In 2021 Leap in! was recognised by Brisbane’s Lord Mayor as an Outstanding Social Enterprise and by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) as the #2 Most Innovative Company in the Government, Education & NFP sectors, #10 AFR Fast Starter list and #17 Deloitte Fast 50 Tech companies.

Andrew was a founding member of the Inclusive Employment Movement, a group of employers committed to increasing workplace accessibility and participation for people with disability, and is a Non-Executive Director of Disability Intermediaries Australia, the NDIS peak body for the plan management and support coordination sectors.

Prior to Leap in! Andrew spent 20 years in executive roles specialising in customer experience, marketing, and digital transformation.

A passionate supporter of the arts, Andrew was previously Chair of Craft Queensland – Artisan and Non-Executive Director of the Australian Design Centre.
