Jack Karikas is an experienced business consultant, business owner and business operator with over two decades of experience working as an executive leading large-scale transformation programs from small cap entities to ASX listed organisations.
Jack has been the founder of three successful startups over the past 15 years. After a profitable and enjoyable period of operation each venture was optimised for sale. One venture being acquired by an ASX listed company and the other two by private equity groups.
Michael Smith was the CEO of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. (ANZ) from 2007 to 2015 and, following his retirement, he remained an Adviser to the Board until July 2017.
Prior to this Michael held several other high-ranking business positions. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Chairman of Hang Seng Bank Limited, Global Head of Commercial Banking for the HSBC Group, and Chairman of HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad.
He graduated with honours in Economic Sciences from City University London and in 2015 was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science from the same institution. In 2013 he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws from Monash University, Melbourne.
Michael is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and an immediate past Member of the Australian Bankers’ Association and Business Council of Australia. He is a Member of the Chongqing Mayor’s International Economic Advisory Council, having previously served as its Executive Chairman, and a Fellow of The Hong Kong Management Association. He was also formerly a Director of the Institute of International Finance, the International Monetary Conference and Member of the Shanghai Mayor’s International Financial Advisory Council. He is a Life Member of the Financial Markets Foundation for Children.
Michael was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2000 and a Chevalier de l’Ordre du Merite Agricole in 2007.

Previously chief executive of World Vision Australia, the country’s largest not-for-profit organisation, and with extensive global and local experience in multiple financial services divisions of ANZ including a stint as Head of Digital Banking, she has consistently led organisations to deliver on their purpose and commercial potential. She was also the Chairman of Ridley College, Melbourne from 2009 to 2016, where she guided the organisation to achieve a business model shift to 50% online delivery, which is now the leading offering in the country.
Claire is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), the AICD and Scale Investors, an angel investor network focused on female founders.
