Craig joined Big River in July 2013 as General Manager of the Wagga Wagga manufacturing facility, progressing in 2017 to General Manager Manufacturing and Supply Chain, reorganising the groups manufacturing footprint and building a global supply chain to support Big Rivers growth strategy.

In Jan 2022, Craig was named Executive General Manager Panels and supply Chain retaining responsibility for end-to-end management of Big Rivers global supply chain and leading the development of a market leading Panel & Board supply business across ANZ.

Prior to joining Big River, Craig held several positions in both Australia and China at CSR Building Products including NSW Operation Manager (Viridian Glass), Operations Manager and Production Manager for Bradford Insulation (Australia), Project Manager for Guangzhou Rockwool (China), and Project Engineer for CSR Roofing.

Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England, Master of Supply Chain and Logistics from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors
