Joe is an experienced business technology and transformation leader who has been at the forefront of Digital IT strategy and innovation with global blue chip companies across several sectors and countries including Mainland China, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

He has been widely recognized within the technology industry and has received various CIO & innovation awards.

Joe has served as a Board Member and Council Member of the Société Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques (SITA),as well as numerous Advisory Boards for Governments, Universities and Statutory Authorities.

He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Commerce from University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Monash University, and has attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
