Tamas is Group CEO of Pepperstone a multinational Fintech with its headquarters in Melbourne. It offers speculative trading on a large range of financial products and one of the largest providers of it’s kind globally. Pepperstone offers an award winning service which is one of its points of differentiation as well as fast execution speeds and highly competitive pricing on forex and CFDs. 

Prior to joining Pepperstone, Tamas spent more than 20 years at IG Group in Australia and the UK. Joining IG in 1996 when the business was at its early stage of growth with only 40 employees, the business grew significantly and underwent two IPOs. IG now has a market cap of GBP3.2bln and over 2000 employees. 

Tamas joined the IG Group as a graduate trainee from the London School of Economics and University College of London, where he received an honours degree in Bachelor of Science (Engineering), majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Business. He has an MBA from AGSM at UNSW Sydney .

A Founder and previous Chair of the Australian Forex and CFD industry association, Tamas has also been involved in various important industry reforms in the sector. Tamas is Chair of the Biggest Blokes lunch, the largest community based fundraiser of prostate cancer research in Australia.
