As a senior executive with over 25 years of business experience in engineering, aviation, and government financial services, Kelly’s passion lies in operations management supported by her ability to think strategically and act tactically.

Kelly has worked in New Zealand, Australia and the UK where she has held leadership positions within a number of global and domestic organisations.

At Ausgrid, Kelly is responsible for leading the Network Delivery Services Group, responsible for HIGH VOLTAGE Transmission services, major capital projects, contract management and delivery, fleet and logistics, procurement, and security operations.

Kelly sponsors the data and era transformation stream and is a champion for inclusion and diversity. Kelly was also responsible for leading Ausgrid’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
