Dionne is a tenacious, results-orientated, and commercially-driven individual with an extensive background in executive roles (commercial, operational and people) primarily in industries grappling with digital disruption and shifting consumer behaviours. She possesses a wealth of experience in guiding organisations through crises and orchestrating large-scale strategic business transformations.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Dionne was COO and Interim Vice Chancellor at RMIT University and COO International at FTSE 100 listed Pearson, residing in Hong Kong and managing operations in APAC, EMEA and South America. She has held key executive roles in media (Financial Times), publishing (Penguin Books) and education (Pearson) during periods of significant financial challenge and has contributed to driving new revenue streams and products, whilst reshaping the cost base, to respond to a new reality.
Dionne is a natural collaborator and design thinker; she enjoys working with executive teams to drive sustained performance and a positive and inclusive culture even in high-pressure situations and complex environments.
