Cate Hathaway is currently Chief People & Transformation Officer with GrainCorp, responsible for transformational change, people, safety, environment and technology. Cate's early career involved twelve years in the Insurance sector in line management roles. She then decided to move into HR, she has a Bachelor Of Commerce in Property Economics, completed the AGSM MBA and the Harvard Leadership Program. Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). For more than 20 years, Cate has held senior executive positions across the banking, building resources and insurance industries for global companies and her responsibilities included their NZ, Asian and international operations.
