Carol is currently Chief Transformation Officer at Melba Support Services – a leading provider of services to people with disabilities throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. She is responsible for the Future Melba program, an enterprise-wide initiative that will transform the organisation to deliver the highest quality outcomes for the people they support.
