Jo Mithen is a leading Australian CEO and executive director, with a track record for positioning services businesses for international growth and getting results in challenging environments for the betterment of the organisation and communities.
Jo is CEO of Monash College, a fully owned subsidiary of Monash University with active partnerships and operations in six Asian countries. She leads strategy and initiatives to connect international students to a world-class education, equip them for study and then help them make the successful transition to a global career including through the award-winning Monash Professional Pathways Program.

She has also held a number of board roles including representing Asia on the World Federation of Personnel Management Association, and brings strong governance, risk management and business development to those roles.
After growing up on a farm in regional Victoria, she loves supporting primary producers, particularly Australian wine makers and vineyards and she is working her way through a bucket list of big global walks including Machu Picchu in Peru, Coast to Coast in the UK, the Larapinta trail in the NT and, more locally, the Otways.
